Account issues

Trying to make a new account with my toon Trivintor. When I create the account and try to log in it tells me the account doesnt exist. Am I doing something wrong.

Do you also have a toon called “Ixoria”? Because that character has an account with the username “Trivintor” which is why this is happening. I will need to change that character’s username slightly so you can make an account for “Trivintor” character. (On account creation the username is the character being created). If that account is yours you could also change that username yourself in the Tripwire options.. there is a button to change username.
