Constantly logged out of account

Tripwire constantly logs me out of the account. This seems to happen at random 5-10 times a day. Each time that it logs me out I must go through the Eve SSO screen, choose my character, and then I am put back into Tripwire. I have tried to manually log out and then back in as well as clearing cookies. Neither solution has fixed the problem. Is Firefox a supported browser? I am open to suggestions of other things to try.
