Personal Mask not allowing access list edit

When clicking the edit button on my personal shared mask it pops up a box saying Getting API data and the worry circle spins endlessly. Something that I edit frequently but today this happened.

I've got a crapload of intel on that mask and I'm afraid to try to many thing to overcome it. I've logged out and in again.
