Characters Not showing up in systems.

Hello, ive got my 2 characters on the tracking window, however none of them show up in the system im in, ive logged out and logged back in ive removed them from the tracking even went through the Eve Support website and removed the ESI stuff and still nothing, does anyone know how to fix this?
