sig update resetting sig age

Currently updating a sig in TW from a normal paste to say, a wormhole resets the time to 00:00.

I feel like this probably isn't be design and it affects the accuracy of the intel provided by TW so it'd be neat to get that addressed:)

    You are correct - it should not reset the age. However I just finished looking over the code and the reason behind it is not easily fixed... but I am working to completely re-write adding/editing signatures so I will address this in that code instead.
