autotracking/automapper not working or is delayed

When I'm using tripwire with a shared personal mask and say 20 people added, using the autotracking/automapper starts to have issues. i have not seen this issue when using a solo private mask, only when using shared personal masks.

the issues i see are

1. the autotracker is not able to consistently update your current system. sometimes it updates fast, sometimes not as all. sometimes, i have to toggle it on/off to get it to update.

2. the automapper doesn't work consistently. the main issues are that sometimes it doesn't create a connection for you and/or doesn't ask you which sig you took.

i have made sure that i am logged in with ESI and autotracking/automapper/and the relevant character is selected. i have tried logging out and deleted ESI access and then reauthorizing, i have also tried using different browsers as well. firefox/chrome/IE/edge
