Remove or add a warning for Google Analytics tracking

I noticed that Tripwire is configured with an active Google Analytics account out of the box. Users should at least be warned of this and ideally it should be disabled by default.

Google Analytics is not GDPR compliant by default, so this could potentially be a legal issue for users in the EU. Not to mention tracking without a warning doesn’t exactly encourage users to trust the software.

Some better config would still be good so I’m leaving this issue open but downgrading
