Chains no longer showing

Former user created an issue

I can't find any information on this issue or hear anyone else talking about it so it may be an issue with my account? My tripwire has stopped showing chains in the chain window and also will no longer track my current location when using the IGB. Another issue that has seemed to come with this one is when I update a sig and hit save, the next time I try to update a sig the save button is greyed out. The only way to fix it is to reload the page.

Please help me find a solution to this issue. Thanks

    Sounds like a javascript error - can you recreated the issue easily? If so can you list the steps for me so I can find the error? Otherwise just a screenshot of the developer console error is enough for me to figure out the issue.

    Sorry wasn't registered when I posted the issue. Yes it happens every time I login no matter what browser. I'm at work right now and it is still acting the same way here. There is not really an specific steps other than logging in normally. My username is cdpowe if that helps.

    How do I get a screenshot of the developer console?

    update: I made another account for my alt and this account works just fine. So only the account for my main is not working. Maybe the api is messed up on it. Can you look into this and see?

    This seems to be happening to us as well. Dozens of users and ingame and out of game browsers. It has also stopped tracking our current location. This is a urgent critical bug and needs more attention.

    It is something to do with the Mask itself. Because i created a new account on an alt in the same corp and i still get the same problem of emptyness.

    It started happening within the last few hours.

    Can you please try using an out of game browser like Chrome and checking the developer console for javascript errors?

    It's been months since this happened. Closing for now as resolved.

    Bring it up again if it happens and we can work through the issue in the Chrome console
