Unable to paste Japanese or French signatures

Pasting signatures from clients using French or Japanese language fails to properly record signatures.

The existing parser is based on regex matching of probe scan data, and if the language-specific group items are not stored in code, fields are matched incorrectly. This image shows a French followed by a Japanese signature, with data in the wrong columns:

Ideally, the parser would be position-based taking advantage of the TSV format for probe scan data, but in the short term this issue can be fixed by updating the groups with French and Japanese versions.

Attached signatures.txt file contains multiple language signatures for testing.
