Error upon building mysql environment from Dockerfile

After cloning the repo and modifying the the config files, I try to stand up the environment and get the following error when building the mysql environment from the Dockerfile. It seems the baseurl that is used for CentOS 7 may be unsupported now and so we will need a newly updated Dockerfile to proceed.
