Repeated "error syncing with server" when using Tripwire in the in-game browser

I am getting an "error syncing with server" repeatedly when using Tripwire in the in-game browser. Sometimes directly after loading the page, sometimes after using it for 5 minutes. Reloading the page does not resolve the problem very often. All this does not happening when using a real browser like Chrome. Sorry that I cannot be very specific but the in-game browser does not give me a lot information...

Also having this issue, running single client on mac. Works fine in chrome as well for me
