Former user created an issue 2015-10-18

i have registered for tripwire i can log into tripwire very easily but i cant create an adimn/user acct for galileo kepp saying either im not signed in, or this acct status permission, or this acct cant be found.

What character are you trying to get admin for? Also is this character a director or CEO of a corp?
