It's a minor thing but helpful. Would it be possible to to make the left hand side chain indicator number(lack of a better name) to follow as you scroll when chains become really large?

This was something I did originally with the line numbers but didn't work in anything except Chrome 40+. So for the sake of the IGB and other browsers I cannot do this right now - feel free to try and figure out a way and let me know otherwise I will be completely re-writing the chain map render code this year.
