Wrong resolution - 1920x1080 goes to 3840x2160

Admiral AnimE created an issue

I set the game to 1920x1080, then I restart, but it goes to 3840x2160. I have Nvidia GTX 670, 1920x1080 monitor, Windows 7 64 bit. Maybe something with the drivers? They allow this 3840x2160.
