Earthquake leftovers cannot be dissolved

OS: Windows 7 Professional Application: Steam Mission: 4th mission, peace See attached savefile and picture. Cannot delete the Earthquake leftovers. Tried reloading the map - same result. Exiting the game results in a game crash. Trying something like engineering post nearby -> nothing.

I remember that in Caesar 3 you couldn't remove the earthquake fissures either, you were supposed to be a little creative and build the farms around them instead.

The game crash shouldn't happen of course.
