Hello. Maybe this is not a bug properly, but when new citizens are coming to the city, they are very slow. In the original game you can increase the general speed to make the game more flowing. Ivan.

    Hello Ivan, all walkers have have equals speed + some spread, you can change game speed by +/- keys on keyboard.
