Mouse pointer dimension on Mac

On a Mac with retina display, the mouse pointer appear very small while playing fullscreen.

Notice that the pointer has regular dimension if the game is windowed on a Mac with retina display, or fullscreen on a Mac with a normal display.

(Tested with the latest Steam version of the game and on two different Mac, both with OS X 10.11.3)
