Objectives complete but game continues

I'm on the Capua map, I've completed the objectives (pop. 2500, prosp. 10, culture 35, favour 60) but the game just carries on, I was expecting a "Mission Complete!" window... Any idea why this is? Is it a bug or do I have to maintain these levels until a certain date BC? I don't recall this problem on the original game. Any help please, thank you!
