Game crashes since update #76

Hello, this is Druppi92 on steam. The game crashes since Steam downloaded the latest update. And there are no migrants coming to my city. I really don't know what to do. There are already many gardens. It says I don't have enough poor housing but there are like 10 places they can move into with fountain water. I am playing the game in English on Windows 7.
