granaries were not available to build and temples didn't appear to be recognized

do you have the lastest build? In which map you doesn't have granarys? I played just now in the latest released build and in the latest build in test channel (on steam) the map carthago and granaries where available.

Or do you play an other version? - this bug was happend in past, but should be fixed now see https://bitbucket.org/dalerank/caesaria/issues/1181/
