Caeseria keeps crashing in Steam whilst using Windows 10 O.S. 64 - Bit computer

I am trying to play a new game of Caeseria on Steam, my computer is a 64 - bit computer with Windows 10 O.S. installed and it keeps crashing, the crash report is included below. The last time I played this game on Steam I had Windows 8 O.S. installed.

I have tried reinstalling the game on Steam but without any success in terms of the game working.

    Hi there.

    I am playing a new game and new career. The game crash problem occurs as my first inhabitant completes building their first house.
