Cart pushers stuck

On the latest build my farms produce as they should, fully employed, but after harvest the cart pushers are stuck by the farm. Clicking the cart pushers to see why it only says "Citizens thoughts placed here". Both my granary and my warehouse are fully employed and empty and everything has road access - all the settings are in place for everything to work but they won't move.

The issue still remains and when I click on the cart pusher to see what reason he gives for not pushing it, the game crashes. Please see the log file I attached today
