Warehouse/granary Issue

When I switch a good to "Does not accept" in the special orders tab of any one warehouse or granary, no warehouse or granary will accept that good again for the rest of the game even after I switch it to "go get goods" or "accepts". This persists even if I reload the game to a point after I selected does not accept on a good for a warehouse or granary.
