Trade not working

For some reason, traders have stopped trading with me. The only thing bought is lumber but everything else that was being bought has now ceased, even though the traders visit the warehouses.

They no longer buy oil or olives, and they are no longer selling fruit. The ship also looks as if it is unable to dock; it bounces back and forth for a bit and then takes off.
