Save bug

Issue #1305 new
dalerank repo owner created an issue

I can't enter a new name for a city when I save. It keeps trying to overwrite the default "savecity" save name when I type one in, or whatever I've previously selected.

Also, sometimes entire panels in the Senate view will go blank. The Education panel worked one time I selected it and then was blank the next time.
