During campaign, immigration stops and comment on empty housing says :" No nearby road to permit access to this place..." Even though there is a road ! (This is tranlsated from french version sorry) on MacOS version, Build 80, see attached screenshot for details. The clicked housing generating this comment is shown on the screenshot. This bug seems to prevent immigration as the rest of the town is at a good level of evolution... (food is good, mood is good, employment a touch low, but acceptable I'd say...)
