Tarraco scenario

Playing the Tarraco scenario. 1. Immediately the "Peace rating" springs to mind. In the scenario objectives it is shown as "{ } : { }" - see "caesaris bug.png". Minor issue, as it seems to be correctly registered by the ratings advisor in game. 2. More problematic - critical - is it, that neither the water-related structures nor the religion menus function, making it impossible to construct wells, fountains, temples and so on. As indicated on "caesaria menu bug.png" these two menus are an off colour - blue and grey respectively, as opposed to the normal white. 3. Furthermore, the messages from scribes menu works, but it contains no messages - even after goods request and reminder, and the first of the earthquakes, as can be seen in "caesaria scribes bug.png"
