Help file issues

The following .en language files supposed to be in english, but in fact they are in german somehow:

help/food_and_farming.en help/health_and_sickness.en help/population_and_mood.en help/special_card_selection.en help/statuary.en help/statues_and_triumphal_arches.en help/towers_and_gates.en help/wall_history.en help/water_supply.en help/wheat_farm.en help/wild_animals.en help/worker.en

Additionally, the french files containes alot of typos, i think.
