I can't send anything to Caesar

I can't send any gift to Caesar or comply any of his request even when I got enough money or goods.

I had that problem too- i will look into it but i cannot update the game yet though sorry but once i figure out what went wrong I will find out what happened to the man who can- he just dropped off the face of the earth
