Ceaser IA _ Travellers

The game has a lot of features used in pharaoh. The travelers that move into the city, move way to slow. I speed up time in the game but that doesn't help at all. So, by the time the travelers move in, its been 3 months in the game and other towns are requesting goods, I haven't even started my city. Please can you address these issues.
