poorly designed maps and the game keeps crashing

The game crashes from time to time when I tried loading the game and while running. A lot of the custom maps are poorly designed with rocks blocking off the farmlands or the roads do a bunch of zigzag patterns that skip off half the map. I think the god's are rigged too. They send out troops to destroy my buildings and kill the people without giving much time to gain their favor
