Bug Report: Tribute to Rome

Game won't allow me to send Rome it's tribute - every time I use the Debug function to send it, it just gives me another tribute to pay. I've tried clicking it over 20 times and it won't send through. Also very slow to realise how many temples I have - with Gods wrath becoming intense super early in the game and not dissipating properly.
