issue when trying to click in menu like emperor

hello,

my wife and i encounter problems in the game trying to send oil to rome. we cannot click on the line " 10 oil in 3 month" (for example) . we cannot click on the other gift like send gold or egyptians things with money. it may be a general problem with clicking on some menu but we have found this two yet, so we cannot continue our game due to this, cause the emperor attack us all the time.
