Zoom and the Arrow Keys

Hi, hope all is well. Been playing this gem off a game for sometime and I thank you for your efforts.

So, It appears that the arrow keys do not move the map when it is fully zoomed out.

Not sure which version I am using. Latest one I'm assuming.
