Messages of the adviser on time from the date of a holiday (Сообщения советника о времени со дня празника)

Пока правил перевод министра развлечений, наткнулся на неправильный алгоритм смены сообщений, говорящих о количестве месяцев с последнего праздника.

Сейчас сообщения меняются кратно 4-м месяцам на 0,4,8,12,16,20,24 и месяца Правильно менять на 0,1,7,12,18,24

А то в 0-м тексте сообщается, что многие еще не протрезвели, 4 месяца бодуна - это круто даже для древне римских попоек :)
