Caesaria 64bit crash

Hi, I tried the game on linux but it keeps crashing after few seconds from the start. I have just the time to make a couple of roads and build a district. I'm using archlinux with the opensource radeon drivers. I launch the game with caesaria.linux64 ( btw it doesn't have by default execution privileges, I have to change them with chmod ). I attached the thousands of lines the console output when the game crashes.
