Main menu invisible after fullscreen

Main menu turn invisible for me after I switched to full screen. I can see background picture (the one with buildings) and bottom-right icons, I can exit and start a new game if I find those buttons by clicking randomly - but the menu and buttons are 100% transparent. P.S. I can see the link in the top post. I just find it unreasonable to register somewhere else.

I have the same issue after set the game to fullscreen, exit and open the game.

In fullscreen w/ resolution 2560x1080 I can't even see any menu items

the beckground picture aligned to the right, and my steam account nick cuted half in top left corner

I forgot to say that I'm using linux, OpenSuse 13.2 64bit
