Steam not able to Broadcast game New update

As i stated in the title, steam was unable to broadcast any gameplay of the game. Yesterday before the update, I was able to do so just fine. Also as a secondary bug, When starting a new game, And trying to exit the game. Having both the intro screen and the exit screen open at the same time Blocks the user from exiting the game until you close the window underneath
