Not actually sure if this is a bug or not

Is the game supposed to exit to the main menu after completing the second tutorial stage? It makes it seems as if there is supposed to be a third stage but I have not yet been able to access it after beating the second stage.

my game went on to the 3rd stage, try installing latest build. also there are only 2 stages to the tutorial.
