Some houses will not evolve even if near a market

    watch where the market lady goes, you have a lot of intersections in that area and if the market lady goes out the other end of the building instead of the one by the houses, she might not make it to the house thats not evolving. it's not the closeness to the market that makes the difference it's if it makes it there trying to find its way around.
