building ocupation
I've had some problems in tutorial 2, and i think there's some bug with building/house ocupation/emigration.
I have houses with space for more people, and some vacant slots, and i get no emigrants settling in. I create new slots and new setlers move into those.
I have low unemployment, 2 granaries full, not in debt, etc... There was a problem previously, and the houses degraded. Perhaps there's some bug preventing them of getting fully occupied again?
I add a screenshot, you can see several situations (empty house, empty slots nearby, and settlers coming in below, on recently built slots)

I check you map, and the is something that I don't know if this is a bug. Because the people the priority should be the empty houses, Am I right? And the immigration is coming as natural and getting in, I think you have too many houses set.

PS: I've seen setlers come to the new constructed houses, turning around and leaving again. These new houses are full, but new setlers try to go into them instead of heading to empty locations
