WON'T CLOSE!!!!!!

I open the game play then hit close it says and shows that it closes but it won't close steam because it says it is still running.

Had similar issue on Linux yesterday, but with inHome Streaming in the mix:

I have a gamming rig Win8 (host) and a laptop with linux (terminal). I play almost every game in terminal by streaming, except for caesaria, that i run native from the terminal. Yesterday i played caesaria, with no problem, then i quited, and when i tried to start another game by streaming i could not (it said i could not because i was streaming caesaria already). I had to kill steam on host, and restart again to be able to run anything else.
