Mass building of houses problem

Hi, Since at least the last two release, i have a problem with mass building. On the attached picture, you will see quickly the problem. instead of a "block" of houses, i only get 1 row and 1 column.
From what i saw, (not 100% sure) if when bug, i remove a house, then no bug anymore, I can now draw a block of houses. when no bug anymore, if I add a road, then bug comes back !
FYI, using a Mac, Os Yosemite, i just did the update on steam, but when i launch the game, it is still build 52.
I will now log an other bug on massive farm creation.

mac is yosemite, i tried closing steam, an relaunching, forcing an update, but when i launch, it still is

it was fixed in last revisions (forexample build 53)
