workshop bug (S)

• weird presense of hashtags in messages (#)
• cart pushers can't find destination even though there's a warehouse right down the street
• workshops that are fully staffed, efficiency 100%...but are producing 0%
• farms that are fully staffed, and are described as productive, but are producing 0% or 1%

the hashtags in the messages are basically windows and texts that you don't have in the english versions right?
