I right clicked on the paved road and this interface came up. At this point, the game froze, and I had to close out of it.

Also, it happened to me again just now, except I clicked on a tent.

How do I get that?

It's now starting to rook like the game isn't crashing. The audio pauses, the people stop moving and you can't see the close arrow, making it look like it's frozen without a way to test. However, right clicking closes the window.
