I don't know why, i complied with every request caesar gave me via the debug menu but i was still attacked with a 19 favor rating. if i have any favor with caesar i should not be attacked at all.

    in this same save my market has 700 food, and employees but has not distributed any of it.

    rebuilt the market and i saw the market lady go out to the neighborhood and check for food requests but none of the homes took any food. i think the homes will not accept food if the desirabilty level isn't enough to evolve first. i think that is a little backward, food should make it more desirable increasing chance to evolve.
