Camera Parameters for Blender render

Could you provide some important camera parameters, that are used by the game for rendering?

Like a forward and up vector of the camera, as well as the fov and the Distance to the ground.

This way, whoever would like to create a tile could use rendering software like blender, and create consistent looking tiles. The size of corresponding tiles would also be a good idea.

If you dont have these parameters, because you are rendering in 2d (i did not look at the rendering code yet) one could tinker around with them and post them here, so tiles created by user x will look the same as tiles created by user y (in terms of perspective projection etc.)
