one map suddenly wont zoom out

Not sure if this has been reported before:

Yesterday I started playing on the Tarentum map. The map is zoomed in as close as it can get, and will not let me zoom out.

I haven't had this issue with any of the other maps I have play so far. I only started playing this map after the valentines update so I cannot say if this issue was caused by the update or not.

It is nothing huge, however it does affect game play as it makes it rather difficult plan a city when you cannot see more than a few blocks at a time.
