B54 textures update: no texture for the doctor + the bathhouse

Hello,

Although the B54 notes says "+ Added warehouse textures; + Added doctor's house textures; + Added bathhouse textures; ", there are no texture for the doctor's house and the the bathouthouse.

It's working for the Warehouse!

I use the Macversion. It's in the third mission.
