segfault during mission 2

i got a segfault during the second mission (the one where you need to get 650 citizens)

might be related to the saving problem as described in #595 but i din't see a save message in my stdout.txt before the segfault.

game version is the current steam version (build 55)

os is windows 8.1 x64
